The pipeline consists of three core RAG stages: converting PDF documents into embeddings, indexing them in a vector database, and setting up the Q&A interaction with the bot. The pipeline also incorporates mechanisms to monitor and improve response quality, with accuracy potentially reaching up to 90%.

The pipeline can be deployed across various messaging platforms such as WhatsApp or email, making it accessible and user-friendly. It is also designed to connect users to specialists when needed — creating a hybrid system that combines automated responses with human expertise.
